Cheryl and Sacha were discussing the troubles with meeting at local Starbucks when Sacha had the idea to share a meeting space at a lower cost. We were thinking of someday, in the future, but the idea was too exciting and Cheryl began to do some research. She found some virtual offices with a similar vision, but they felt too "corporate" and didn't tailor to the needs of wedding professionals. Cheryl knew it would be a big undertaking, but she also knew the location and timing were perfect. Everything fell into place rapidly and we held an opening party in January 2009. There has been an overwhelming response since opening. We have big ideas and plans and would love to have you join us. { A New Location } In November 2010 SWIP moved to the Wallingford neighborhood, just off Interstate-5. View our location here. SWIP aims to always be in the most convenient and easily accessible location for your clients. { How It Works } Members pay a one-time signup fee. All but a small portion of it is refundable if your first two meetings in the SWIP space don't produce stellar results. Membership includes a featured listing on the SWIP website, access to write blog articles, and other special goodies only available to SWIP members. You schedule the space on a per-meeting "pay-as-you-go" model. So whether you meet with 10's of clients a month, or just one here and there - SWIP is the ultra-affordable way to give your clients the first impression you deserve! { The Perks } A beatiful, boutique meeting space with a hardwood bamboo floor that includes a couch, chairs, ledges to hang artwork, a 42" flatscreen with USB hookup for slideshows, copy machine, regular social gatherings to meet with and discuss wedding trends with members, plus numerous discounts and services exclusive to members.
